ABOUT US

WE DIDN'T START TO MAKE MORE CLOTHES. WE STARTED TO MAKE THEM BETTER.

Abdul Raheem Industry was established in Sialkot, Pakistan in 2022 with a focus on custom apparel manufacturing for brands that want their products made around their own requirements.

We learned early that a brand does not simply need somebody who can stitch a garment. It needs a manufacturing partner who understands why the fabric weight matters, why a few centimeters can change the fit, why embroidery placement has to be considered before cutting, and why labels and packaging are part of the product rather than an afterthought.

That thinking still guides how we work. Some clients send complete tech packs. Some send a reference garment. Others arrive with a sketch, a photograph or an idea that still needs development. We start by understanding what they actually want to make.

From there, the product is developed step by step—from pattern and fabric selection through sampling, production, decoration, finishing, private labeling and packing.

OUR EXPERTISE

THE DETAILS BEHIND A BETTER GARMENT.

Our expertise is not limited to one machine or one production stage. Developing custom apparel means making dozens of connected decisions correctly. We help bring those decisions together around your product.

01

Pattern & Fit Development

Pattern making, measurements and size grading are developed around the fit you want rather than forcing every product into the same standard block.

02

Fabric Knowledge

Composition, GSM, structure, stretch, hand feel and finishing are considered according to how the garment needs to look, perform and feel.

03

Sample Development

Sampling turns specifications into a physical garment so fit, construction, fabric, artwork and branding can be reviewed before bulk production.

04

Cut & Sew Manufacturing

Custom garments are developed around the approved pattern and construction details rather than relying only on ready-made blanks.

05

Printing & Embroidery

Screen print, DTF, DTG, sublimation, puff, embroidery, chenille and other techniques are selected according to the design and fabric.

06

Private Label Branding

Neck labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, patches and packaging can be developed around your brand identity.

07

Quality Control

Measurements, workmanship, decoration and finishing are checked through production and before the garments are packed.

08

International Order Support

We work with overseas brands from development through packing and international shipment from Pakistan.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

WE DON'T START WITH THE MACHINE. WE START WITH YOUR PRODUCT.

Manufacturing works better when the supplier understands what the brand is trying to achieve. That is why our process begins with the product requirements—not simply a quantity.

01

We Discuss Before We Produce

We review the garment, fabric, fit, artwork, construction and branding requirements before production decisions are made.

02

Sampling Comes Before Scale

A sample gives both sides something physical to evaluate. Approved details can then become the reference for bulk production.

03

Low MOQ Without Losing Brand Identity

Our general MOQ starts from 25 pieces per color and design, helping smaller brands develop custom products without beginning with unnecessarily large inventory.

04

More Than One Fabric Option

Different products need different materials. We work with multiple compositions, GSM ranges and fabric structures rather than treating every garment the same.

05

Your Branding Is Part of Production

Labels, tags, patches and packaging are considered as part of the finished product, not something added after the garment is complete.

06

Direct Communication

Questions and revisions are easier to solve when communication stays connected to the people handling the project.

HOW WE WORK

FROM IDEA TO FINISHED PRODUCT.

The exact development process changes with the garment, but the principle remains simple: define the product, develop it, approve it and then repeat those approved details consistently.

01

YOUR IDEA

Share your tech pack, sketch, reference or concept.

02

DEVELOPMENT

Review fabric, fit, construction and branding.

03

SAMPLE

Turn the agreed specifications into a physical garment.

04

APPROVAL

Review and confirm the product before bulk production.

05

PRODUCTION

Manufacture around the approved product details.

06

QC & SHIPPING

Inspect, finish, pack and prepare the order for shipment.

FROM THE FOUNDER

EVERY ORDER HAS A BRAND BEHIND IT.

“For us, manufacturing is not only about completing an order. The product carries our client's name, so the details matter.”

I founded Abdul Raheem Industry with the goal of building a manufacturing business where brands could discuss what they actually wanted to make, rather than simply choosing from a fixed product and adding a logo.

When we work on a project, I want us to think beyond the immediate order. If the fit can be improved, we should discuss it. If another fabric is more suitable, we should explain why. If a production detail could create a problem later, it is better to address it during development.

That approach takes more communication, but it is also how stronger products and longer manufacturing relationships are built.
